FAULT FINDING USING MODERN TECHNOLOGY
The highest demands are made on painted surfaces: they must be as shiny as possible, smooth and flawless. Special paintwork inspection lighting systems enable high-precision inspections to determine whether the paintwork is flawless. Using special technology, different external light situations can be simulated, rendering even the smallest paintwork defects such as inclusions, cloud formation, color differences visible.

Modern LED lamps combine cool white and warm white color temperature, bringing the necessary daylight onto the surface. The brightness of the different types of lamp can be easily adjusted via a rotary switch. The result is an impressive photographic image, which allows you to work faster and gives professional results, even in complex tasks. TWO TYPES OF LIGHT
DEPPSEE LIGHT (INTENSIVLY ALIGNED): To make holograms, polishing streaks or matte spots visible, high point luminance is required, which simulates extremely intense solar radiation. This is ensured by high-power LEDs which are bundled and aligned using a narrow-beam 8° lens. This generates a high luminance on the surface of the paintwork.
To detect defects on the surfaces of bodywork, surface reflections are required. The lamps form light strips, which represents a high contrast between light and dark. The strips are deflected in damaged areas. This makes it possible to detect defects in the paintwork or on the body panel.
