PRODUCT REQUEST
Product description

Designed for industrial use, particularly in mechanical engineering, the RGBW luminaire uses combination LEDs to provide a perfectly illuminated work area and also functions as an RGB signal light element. The design made of metal, plastic and borosilicate glass is packed with powerful RGBW LEDs. High thermal shock resistance and high resistance to water, acids, alkalis and organic substances make the RGBW luminaire versatile – even in harsh environments.

Frequently asked questions: PS ProtectLED RGB(W)

What is the PS ProtectLED RGB(W)?
An LED machine light from Pfeifer und Seibel that combines work light and signal light in one light. The LEDs are protected inside a borosilicate glass tube.
What is the difference between the RGBW and RGB variants?
The RGBW variants additionally have white LEDs with 3000 K or 5700 K and thus provide both work light and signal light. The RGB variants produce coloured signal light only.
In which lengths is the PS ProtectLED RGB(W) available?
The RGBW variants are available in 345, 600 and 850 mm length with 8 to 25.5 W. The RGB variants are available in 345, 626 and 880 mm with 6, 12 or 18 W, optionally with through-wiring (DV).
What is an RGB machine light used for?
It illuminates the working area in machine tools, production systems, printing machines, wood and metal processing and textile machines, and at the same time indicates the machine status by its light colour.
How robust is the PS ProtectLED RGB(W)?
Metal, plastic and borosilicate glass provide high resistance to temperature changes as well as resistance to water, acids, alkalis and organic substances.
