Frequently asked questions: PS UV LED 230 V
What is the PS UV LED 230 V?
A UV-A LED lamp from Pfeifer und Seibel that runs directly on 230 V mains voltage. It is designed for curing and material testing in industrial processes.
Which lengths and radiant power levels are available?
Sizes 10 (501 mm), 15 (550 mm), 30 (1050 mm), 40 (1300 mm) and 50 (1550 mm), all with a 51 x 38 mm cross-section. Depending on length and wavelength, the radiant power ranges from 6450 mW to 26800 mW.
Which wavelengths are available?
365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm in the UV-A range.
What does DV stand for?
DV stands for through-wiring (Durchgangsverdrahtung). These variants have Wieland connectors that allow several lamps to be connected in series. A 1 m connecting cable (item no. 1029.014.002) and a 4 m supply cable (item no. 1029.014.001) are available for this.
What is a UV LED lamp used for?
For curing adhesives, varnishes, paints and coatings, for making solvents visible, for black-light applications, for checking the authenticity of documents and for material testing, for example detecting cracks in glass surfaces.
