PRODUCT REQUEST
Product description

The PS ProtectLED LED IP67 machine light is packed with powerful technology. Ensure an ideally illuminated production environment. A borosilicate glass tube protects the LED machine light against high temperatures, water, acids and other organic substances. The light strip is distributed over the entire length of the tube. The luminaire is also particularly robust, impact-resistant and cut-resistant.

The application possibilities are limitless thanks to the many variants. The PS ProtectLED provides powerful light in continuous operation even in harsh environments (e.g. under chip bombardment).

Various mounting options ensure simple installation. The electronic connection is made via an M12 sensor plug to 24 volts.

Frequently asked questions: PS ProtectLED

What is the PS ProtectLED?
The PS ProtectLED is an LED machine light with protection rating IP67 from Pfeifer und Seibel. A borosilicate glass tube protects the LEDs against high temperatures, water, acids and organic substances.
Which lengths and performance data does the PS ProtectLED have?
The PS ProtectLED 0657 is 345 mm long (6 W, 861 lm), the 1257 measures 600 mm (12 W, 1722 lm) and the 1857 measures 850 mm (19 W, 2582 lm). All variants run on 24 V DC.
What do the suffixes WE and DV mean?
WE stands for a diffuse cover that scatters the light; the luminous flux drops to 654, 1309 and 1926 lumens respectively. DV stands for through-wiring, which allows several lights to be connected in series; these variants are 15 mm longer.
How is the machine light connected?
Via an M12 sensor connector directly to 24 V DC. This also allows the light to be controlled digitally via the machine control system.
Which environments is the PS ProtectLED suitable for?
For harsh operating conditions in machine tools, production systems, printing machines, wood and metal processing and textile machines. The light is impact-resistant, cut-resistant and withstands flying chips.
